Ethnically diverse trainee experiences panel discussion: Race Equality Week

Are you thinking about becoming a trainee solicitor? Would you like to know more about the experiences of trainees across the sector, particularly those from racial minorities? Come and hear some inspirational and challenging stories of the sector this Race Equality Week. This event aims to highlight the professional lives of paralegals and trainees from a range of ethnic backgrounds. The panel will share with you their lived experiences of recruitment, what they do day to day as a trainee and their experiences in the workplace.
