Webinar: How to run a successful SQE programme for your trainees

Date: 29 February 2024

Time: 12:30 - 13:30

Dr Giles Proctor, CEO of The College of Legal Practice will share with you the factors affecting the delivery of a successful SQE Programme. He will also sharing with you new funding opportunities and pathways through graduate apprenticeships and focused law conversion courses.

Learning from the College’s experience delivering training and partner programmes since 2021, Giles will explain the success factors and pitfalls that you need to consider as you move to the SQE. With the last year of students who can take the LPC graduating this summer, any training contracts from 2025 must include a SQE option. If you haven’t already moved to the SQE the time to consider it is now.

Graduate solicitor apprenticeships are growing in the market, offering benefits to firms and trainees to support their SQE qualification pathways and Giles will explain more in this session.

So, if you are in your first year of your SQE programme or yet to explore apprenticeships fully, come along to this webinar to learn from other organisations' experiences and ask Giles questions to help you with any issues affecting your trainees’ success.
