Date: 13 June 2023

Time: 12:30 - 13:30

On Tuesday 13th June at 12.30pm, the College is hosting a panel and Q&A session to explore how legal employers can improve social mobility through their graduate recruitment initiatives. With rising costs and challenges facing young people today, tackling social mobility is more important than ever before, particularly for the legal sector where networking can play a part in career success.

This event is designed to help those working in early talent attract, recruit and develop junior professionals from all socio-economic backgrounds. The panel will give you practical examples for all sizes of firms and organisation.

  • Outreach
  • Routes into the employer
  • Attraction
  • Recruitment & Selection
